We are delighted that you are considering Hollyfast Primary School for your child. Choosing the right school is an important decision, and we would love to welcome you to our Hollyfast family.

🎒 Reception Applications

Applications for children starting Reception in September 2027 should be made through Coventry City Council Admissions.

📅 Closing date: 15 January 2027

We strongly recommend applying online. It is quick, secure and allows you to:

• receive confirmation that your application has been submitted

• check or amend your application up until the closing date

• avoid the risk of a paper application being lost

• view your child's allocated school online on 16 April 2027

Important: If you view or make any changes to your online application, please remember to resubmit it.

📩 Reception Offer Dates

16 April 2027 – Online applicants will receive their result by email by 5pm and can also view the outcome through their online account. 

20 April 2027 – Parents who submitted a paper application will receive their result by letter.

Applications received after 15 January 2027 will be classed as late applications and will normally be considered in the second allocation round in May.

🍎 Nursery Applications

Applications for a place at Hollyfast Nursery are also open.

Unlike Reception applications, Nursery applications are made directly to Hollyfast Primary School.

Are you considering Hollyfast Primary School for your child? We would love to welcome you to one of our Open Mornings.

📅 Thursday 12 November 2026 – 9.15am

Our Open Mornings usually last around two hours and are a great opportunity to experience Hollyfast during a normal school day.

During your visit, you will have the opportunity to:

• 🎒 Find out more about Reception and life at Hollyfast
• 🍎 Learn more about our Nursery provision
• 💬 Ask any questions you may have
• ⭐ Enjoy a tour of the school led by our children – who we think are the very best people to show you what being part of Hollyfast is really like!
