Parents Forum

We are excited to announce the launch of the Hollyfast Families Forum, a new initiative designed to strengthen the partnership between our school and families.

The forum will include one or two parent or carer representatives from each year group, from Preschool through to Year 6. These Forum Reps will play an important role in gathering feedback from other parents and carers and helping to ensure that the family voice is heard and valued at Hollyfast School.

Families Forum meetings will provide a collaborative and welcoming space where parents, carers and school staff can work together to help shape the Hollyfast community. By sharing ideas, experiences and perspectives, we can ensure that our school continues to grow in a way that reflects the voices of families, pupils and professionals.

What’s involved?

  • Attend one meeting each half term
  • Share feedback and ideas from other parents and carers
  • Help shape discussions and priorities for the forum
  • Work collaboratively with the school to support positive change

Meeting dates and agendas will be developed together with Forum Reps once the group has been formed, ensuring that the forum reflects what matters most to our families. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Contribute to the development of the school
  • Represent the views of other families
  • Help strengthen the Hollyfast community
  • Be part of meaningful, positive change

If you have any questions or would like an informal chat about the role, please contact: Mrs Sidhu Assistant Headteacher & Pastoral Lead Hollyfast Primary School Tel: 02476 332521
