Child Leadership at Hollyfast
At Hollyfast, our vision empowers children to dream big, aim high and push limits. Every child is valued and nurtured towards becoming confident, outward- facing global citizens. We value personal growth as much as academic achievement and our ‘Child Leadership’ programme empowers children to flourish and make a REAL difference. We provide lots of opportunities throughout the year, rooted in kindness and respect, for children to lead on different aspects of school life.
We have many Child Leadership groups for the children to take part in across a year, and in order to be inclusive to as many children as possible, we also have VIPs (very important pupils!). These VIPs are additional leaders who attend leadership groups on a half-termly basis.
