Admissions for Reception

We are delighted that you are considering Hollyfast Primary School for your child.

Applications for both Reception and Pre-School are now open. Families are warmly encouraged to submit their application forms directly to the school office.

The closing date for making your application on time is 15 January.

16 April – result emailed by 5pm or details available in your online account.

20 April - Parents who submitted a paper application will receive the result by letter.

Late Applications received after 15 January  will be considered in the second allocation round in May.

Access the Coventry Education Services Portal [https://www.coventry.gov.uk/schoolplaces] to make your application before 15 January.

We recommend parents to apply online as:

• it is quick, easy to use and secure
• you receive an email confirmation once you submit your application
• there is no risk of your application getting lost in the post
• you can check and change your application up to the closing date. However, please make sure that you resubmit if you view or change it
• it saves time, paper and postage
• you will receive an email on the 16 April confirming the school allocated
• you can log into your account on 16 April to find out the result

Late applications may only be considered if places remain available.
